I’ve been with the Monarchs program since 2022 coaching the learn to play hockey side of the ice.
I’ve been coaching and playing hockey since 2015. Starting out as the learn to play coach for two seasons with NRYHA. That’s also where I introduced my two sons to the game. After that we joined the NJ Ice Dogs organization. I’ve been assistant coach for at least one or both of my son’s teams during those years. As well as head coach at different age groups with that club the last few years. I’ve also been the Head Coach for the Riverdell middle school team for the last 6 seasons as my boys have gone through that team.
I’ve involved both sons with the Monarchs to show them how important it is to give back and volunteer time to the hockey community.
To me, Hockey is one of the few sports that can be enjoyed at any age and skill level. That’s what makes this program so special. Hockey is such a great sport. I love being able to introduce it to as many people as possible.
